OH NO!
Time to quit getting that water added supermarket stuff and pick up some bacon like this:
Notice the rasher of bacon behind the plate? Notice how the strips are still nice and thick and not shriveled? Thanks to a press and low water content those collops are flat, thick and delicious looking!
